First Youth Service in Zimbabwe batch graduate

The first batch of the Youth Service in Zimbabwe (YSZ) trainees is passing out today at Dadaya Youth Training Centre in Zvishavane.

Previously known as the National Youth Service and discontinued in 2019, the programme was relaunched by President Mnangagwa in Murehwa early this year.

The first batch with a total of 831 recruits get their caps after completing the rigorous six months of training today.

Minister of Youth Empowerment, Development and Vocational Training Tino Machakaire is presiding over the event.
