Fisherman dies after Hippo attack

A FISHING expedition turned nasty for a 61- year- old Kariba fisherman who died after an attack by a hippopotamus.
Ngoni Chikwezvero, of Gatche Catche was fishing in Lake Kariba, when the incident happened on February 1 near Tsetse Island.
The now deceased together with Tafadzwa Billiat (45), went fishing aboard a dinghy boat.
The dinghy boat was then attacked by a hippopotamus before it capsized.
Billiat escaped while Chikwezvero drowned.
