BUSINESSMAN and former Dynamos Football Club secretary, Mr Brian Kashangura, has been granted a decree of divorce against his wife of 11 years who he accused of infidelity at a time he was bedridden.Justice Tendai Uchena granted the divorce order with costs and awarded Mr Kashangura 40 percent of the couple’s wealth while the woman Ms Gilliet Sarudzai Kashangura, a lawyer, was given 60 percent to enable her to take care of the minor child in her custody. In his judgment, Justice Uchena ruled that Ms Kashangura failed to challenge the infidelity allegations leveled against her.
