From countries as little as Zimbabwe up to Russia and China, among others, the United States of America is abusing its sanctions regime mainly to cover up its own corruption and dictatorship.
Progressive countries seeking to develop on their own trajectory have, over the years, been labelled dictatorships or corrupt by the US, in order to justify a very cruel sanctions regime.
We all know how China has become a world leader in the best way to do business and that hurts the US. We all know how Russia has developed into a super power, despite US trying to destroy it by all means available.
We all know, that Zimbabwe is being punished for its land reform that redistributed land from the minority white colonial settlers to the majority black people.
China and Russia for their development trajectory, Venezuela and Cuba for their riches and at the end the US wants to be the best country and yet we know how racist and corrupt its leadership has become.
American President Joe Biden has been putting pressure on world leaders from little Zimbabwe to mighty Russia, portraying himself as the best President in the world but investigations by the Republican Oversight Committee, point to him as corrupt and a threat to his country’s national security.
Chairman James Comer and Oversight Committee Republicans found that the Biden family’s domestic and international business dealings really compromise US national security and President Biden’s ability to lead with impartiality.
Biden, they said, is compromised and unfit to rule since his family has been corruptly abusing his office to expand their business empire.
In investigations spanning about a year, since June 18 last year, the committee found that Biden is overly very corrupt and his family has been using his office to gain access to the top echelons of government power and international organisations and gain business deals and favours at the expense of the general populace.
“Members of the Biden family have a pattern of peddling access to the highest levels of government to enrich themselves, often to the detriment of US interests.
“We committed to following the Biden family and associates’ money trail — consisting of many complex, international transactions worth millions of dollars—and providing answers to the American people.
The American people deserve to know whether the President’s connections to his family’s business deals occurred at the expense of American interests and whether they represent a national security threat.
“Evidence obtained by Committee Republicans reveals that Joe Biden lied to the American people about his involvement in his family’s business schemes, including exploits by his son Hunter Biden in Ukraine.
“The Biden family business model is built on Joe Biden’s political career and connections with Joe Biden as the ‘chairman of the board.’ Biden family members sold access for profit around the world to the detriment of American interests”.
The committee said while Biden wants to re flag other presidents in the world from little Zimbabwe to Russia and even impose sanctions, he is w worse off character than the other leaders he red flags.
“The American people deserve transparency and accountability about the Biden family’s influence peddling.
“Bank records we’ve obtained reveal Rob Walker, a Biden family associate, used his company to transfer money from a giant foreign energy company to Hunter Biden, James Biden, Hallie Biden, and an unknown “Biden.”
Besides Hunter Biden being involved in the biolabs in Ukraine, there are footprints about his dark business dealings and to hide transaction, the Biden Administration changed the rules to severely restrict Congress’ access to suspicious activity reports in the dark of night and with no explanation.
“We now know Hunter Biden and other Biden family members have racked up at least 150 suspicious activity reports for their shady foreign business deals.
“The Treasury Department’s sudden change of longstanding policy appears to be a broader pattern by the Biden Administration to run cover for Hunter Biden and possibly hide information about whether Joe Biden benefited financially from the Biden family’s business transactions. The American people deserve answers and the Biden Administration must comply with congressional oversight,” said James Comer in a recent Twit.
The investigations have shown that Joe Biden mainly relies of his son Hunter in mega deals, whose business footprints are all over the world. Whatever hunter Biden touches turns into money, big money and Joe Biden uses his power to cover up the footprints.
This includes even photographs and portraits that fetch millions of dollars even when there is nothing special about them.
According to Comer, the findings are that “Despite Hunter Biden having no training as an artist, the prices sought for his paintings range between $75,000 and $500,000. The White House’s agreement governing the sale of Hunter Biden’s artwork appears to keep buyers’ identities secret, raising both ethics and national security concerns.
“Additionally, Hunter Biden’s gallerist, Georges Bergès, has received over half a million dollars in federal loans and has admitted that he seeks to become the “lead guy in China” for art.”
It is fact not fiction that Biden has lost his moral standing and the committee really believes he is very corrupt. They believe his family is equally very corrupt. In the forefront of the corruption is Joe Biden using the power of incumbency to cover footprints of the elicit business deals.
Although Biden has been using his powers to mislead the western world in general and NATO in particular, in supporting Ukraine against Russia is it pretty clear that the decision is inspired more by the need to cover up corrupt deals and keep people focused on the war. It is distraction of great magnitude.
With Zelensky out of power in Ukraine, Biden fears the lid on his corrupt tendencies will be opened and more could be exposed.
AS the investigations continue, more will expose Joe Biden as unfit for office. In deed his is unfit.
