A FUNERAL parade will be held today in honour of Major-General (Retired) Richard Ruwodo at Charles Gumbo Barracks in Harare.

Commander Zimbabwe Defence Forces, General Emmanuel Matatu, will be the chief mourner. Maj-Gen (Rtd) Ruwodo (72) died at a hospital in Harare on Tuesday.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs Lois Ruwodo and three children.

Mourners are gathered at 92 Folyjon Crescent, Glen Lorne, Harare.

Burial arrangements for the retired military commander will be announced in due course.
