Representatives from political parties across the world delivered strong messages of solidarity during the 22nd ZANU PF Annual National People’s Conference, reaffirming their support for Zimbabwe’s development agenda and its resistance to external pressures, including illegal sanctions.
In his keynote address, the Chinese Ambassador to Zimbabwe Zhou Ding expressed confidence that the conference presents a strategic platform to explore policies and initiatives that will drive the attainment of Zimbabwe’s Vision 2030.
“China stands ready to work hand-in-hand with Zimbabwe in all facets of the economy, guided by the principles of mutual respect, win-win cooperation, and shared prosperity,” said Ambassador Zhou.
He further emphasised that the outcomes of the conference will further strengthen Zimbabwe’s development agenda and deepen the enduring friendship between the two countries.
In a similar show of support, the representative of the Communist Party of Cuba acknowledged the common struggles faced by both nations, particularly the ongoing challenge of illegal sanctions imposed by some Western nations.
He commended Zimbabwe’s resilience and reiterated Cuba’s solidarity in the fight for sovereignty and economic justice.

The representative from the Russian Federation also conveyed a message of friendship and unwavering support for Zimbabwe. He praised the historical ties between the two nations and reaffirmed Russia’s commitment to deepening cooperation in various sectors, including energy, agriculture, and education.
He noted that Zimbabwe’s efforts to resist foreign interference and chart its own development path are not only commendable but also aligned with the principles of a multipolar world order.
Meanwhile, the Chairperson of Citizens Against Economic Sanctions (CAES), Mr Martin Zharare pledged unwavering solidarity with Zanu PF and the Government of Zimbabwe in the ongoing fight against illegal sanctions.
He called on all Zimbabweans to continue denouncing the unjust measures and emphasised the importance of national unity and resilience in overcoming economic sanctions.
