AFTER spending their last few days bonding and training in Kariba, the Scottland pre-season tour party rolled into Zambia yesterday where the bulk of the preparations will be held.
The Premiership newboys arrived in Kariba last week and their programme has been full, including game drives and sunset cruises on Lake Kariba, activities which are usually done by tourists.
However, the club’s management believe these activities are important for the players to bond into a single unit given that many of them were recruited from different clubs.
Scottland will remain in Zambia until the end of next week.
Tonderai Ndiraya and his men will have a tough start to the domestic Premiership campaign.
They have games against Highlanders, CAPS United and Ngezi Platinum Stars in their first five matches.
