GOODHOPE Leather, a company from Bulawayo that manufactures and exports handbags is showcasing their exotic skin leather products at the Zimbabwe International Trade Fair (ZITF).

The company was founded in 1994, in a one-roomed house in Magwegwe suburb by Eliot Mastika.

The marketing executive and designer of Good Hope Leather Grace Matsika said the company manufactures a variety of leather products.

“We manufacture leather products using a variety of hides that entail cowhides and exotic hides which are from crocodiles, elephants and ostriches. There are a number of products that we manufacture like handbags, brief cases, wallets, satchels, pilot bags and belts and all these products are under the brand name Grace,” she said.

Matsika said her desire was to see her father’s business growing and becoming a globally recognised brand.

“I have been working with my father for the past six years, we are now business partners. This is my father’s vision and l really want to see the business grow to become an internationally recognised brand,” she said.
