Upcoming artiste Pineal Munatsi has released a video for his song “Zvirikufaya Ndi Mwari”.

Munatsi, who is based in England, said he released a single ahead of an eight-track album that will be launched next month.

He said he was happy with the response he was getting for the video.

“Just a week after the release of the video I realised that it was already on iTunes and YouTube with so many viewers and that is so encouraging,” he said.

Munatsi said the album will have Shona and English songs so that it appeals to different audiences.

“People from all walks of life should get the chance to listen to the songs prompting and that is why I did songs in both English and Shona,” he said.

The album was recorded at Healing Hands Recording Studio.

“We have decided to work with Healing Hands Recording Studio because they have worked with several artists here who are doing well in the industry,” said Munatsi.

Munatsi has also engaged the producer of the studio Enock Kamhiriri to be his manager.

Kamhiriri said they have already lined up shows to promote his music.

“We have lined up shows here in England so that we promote his stuff,” he said.

The talented producer said after the release of the album Munatsi will be coming home for some shows with other gospel musicians.

“After the release of his album we will engage artistes in Zimbabwe for a mega show so that he promotes his music back home,” said Kamhiriri.

Born in 1974 in Gutu, Munatsi did his primary and secondary education at Dewure School before he did Automotive Engineering at Harare Polytechnic.

He moved to England in 2001 to study for a degree in Information Technology.
