Govt reserves small-scale gold mining for locals

The announcement was made by Mines and Mining Development Minister Dr Polite Kambamura this afternoon.

GOVERNMENT has, with immediate effect, reserved the small-scale gold mining sector for indigenous Zimbabweans.

The announcement was made by Mines and Mining Development Minister Dr Polite Kambamura this afternoon.

Dr Kambamura said a statutory instrument will soon be published to give legal effect to the changes.
