It is reportedly considered a done deal amongst Mikel Arteta’s dressing room, which could be taken to the next level with Vini’s arrival. Spanish publication Diario AS report that Real Madrid won’t meet Vini’s financial demands.

ARSENAL players believe Vinicius Junior will be joining them at the Emirates, according to reports.

While a new contract is the only way forward for the superstar at Real Madrid, Diario are hinting that an agreement will be difficult. This opens the door to Premier League champions Arsenal.

Arteta has reportedly already spoken to Vinicius about the role he could play in taking them to a whole new level on the European stage.

Diario report that the Arsenal squad consider the deal “more than likely”, because they have already experienced the “Arteta moment”.

The Spanish outlet claim that sporting director Andrea Berta has informed some players that they are securing the deal for Vini. Real Madrid’s attitude is no player is bigger than the club, and they won’t by any means bow down to whatever the Brazilian demands. It’s been reported he wants to be on a par with Real Madrid’s top earner Kylian Mbappe, who earns £500,000-a-week – but the current deal on the table is closer to £360,000.

Whether Vini Jr stays or goes still hangs in the balance, but if he did opt to wave goodbye to Jose Mourinho‘s Real Madrid, it would become one of the biggest transfer stories since Lionel Messi left Barcelona.

And he’s sure to be tempted by joining his Brazil team-mate Bruno Guimaraes, who is on his way to the Gunners.
