Harare CityCouncil mulls twinning arrangement with Cuba

HARARE Mayor Councillor Jacob Mafume this week met the Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba in Zimbabwe, Her Excellency Susellys Perez Mesa, to discuss issues related to twinning.

In an interview, Cllr Mafume said they discussed twinning in areas such as health, education and other assistance.

“It was a courtesy call to welcome her and also to discuss issues related to do with twinning in health, education and other assistance,” he said.
