The City of Harare says it has identified a temporary site at Glen View 3 close to Chemhanza ground for the relocation of the traders who operated at Glen View 8 complex, whose wares were destroyed in a fire recently.

SMEs Committee chairperson Councillor Denford Ngadziore said the temporary site will accommodate almost all the traders from Glen View Area 8.

“We are awaiting the due processes before they move to the site. We are supposed to have a joint meeting by two committees; the Health, Disaster and Risk Management Committee and SMEs Committee tomorrow to approve the temporary relocation and engage the Ministry through the CPU (Civil Protection Unit) for the relevant processes,” he said.
