INSPIRED by the diligent efforts of local leadership, Mr Wilson Sibanda established a security company with a primary objective of safeguarding various communities.

Mr Sibanda, the director of Saf Guarding said having leaders from his area in Esigodini and Gwanda who are hardworking has always inspired him to work hard.

“Having the likes of Cde Levy Mayihlome who is the Deputy Minister of Defence and Umzingwane Member of Parliament and the newly appointed Deputy Minister of Information Cde Omphile Marupi, working closely with their people has been my biggest inspiration. I have always taken pride in what they do especially for their people without expecting anything back in return, “ said Mr Sibanda.

The businessman extended his congratulations to Cde Marupi on his recent appointment, emphasising the positive impact it will have on the people of Matabeleland, as they gain another committed leader.

Mr. Sibanda’s security company, established two years ago, has rapidly expanded from serving one client to 30 clients nationwide, with operations spanning Bulawayo, Esigodini, Gwanda, and Gweru.

Currently employing a team of 56 skilled security personnel, Mr. Sibanda highlighted their emphasis on client safety by ensuring their staff are equipped with the necessary tools and expertise to respond effectively to emergencies.

“Because we care about the safety of our customers, we have inquired about the tools that are needed when one is guarding a home,” he said.

Mr. Sibanda extended an open invitation to anyone seeking reliable security services to utilize the offerings of Saf Guarding. – @flora_sibanda.
