Hart gets sued for $60 million over sex tape

Actor and comedian, Kevin Hart got slapped with a $60 million lawsuit.

Hart is getting sued because of allegedly recording a sex tape with model Montia Sabbag, without her consent.

The sex tape leaked in 2017 and back then, it was said that Kevin wasn’t part of it. His friend, J.T Jackson was said to have taken the video without both, Kevin and Montia’s consent. A few months later, Jackson was charged with two counts of trying to extort money from Hart, to keep the tape under wraps.

According to TMZ Montia claims Hart was in on the recording of the sex tape, together with Jackson and that is why she is suing him.

“She says Hart was motivated by publicity . . . the need to get more — especially with an upcoming comedy tour — and that’s why he and JT allegedly hid the camera,” read part of the article.

The lawsuit further claims that Hart allowed Jackson into the hotel suite the tape was taken in, so he could set up hidden video recording devices. Hart hasn’t said anything since the lawsuit. – Online
