AN elderly man collapsed and died near Renkini in Bulawayo after police allegedly took his tools of trade.
It is alleged that police asked for a licence and he failed to produce it, police then confiscated his tools.
The tools included spanners, grinding tools and welding machines.
He collapsed and died on the spot.
