HIGHLANDERS Football Club has called an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to be held on July 19 at the club’s clubhouse, where members in good standing are expected to deliberate on key issues affecting the Bulawayo giants.
According to a notice issued by the club, the meeting will run from 9am to 1pm at the Highlanders clubhouse at the corner of Masotsha Ndlovu Avenue and Fife Street.
The agenda includes welcome remarks, the reading of the notice convening the meeting, adoption of the minutes of the previous EGM and matters arising from those minutes.
Members will also receive reports from the Executive Committee chairman, the Technical and Development Committee, the Marketing Committee, the Finance Committee and the Board chairman.
The meeting will conclude with any other business for which due notice has been submitted at least five days before the meeting date.
Highlanders urged all members in good standing to attend the meeting, which is expected to provide an opportunity for the club’s leadership to update members on various aspects of the institution’s operations and affairs.
The notice was issued by order of the Highlanders FC Executive Committee.
