Highlanders Club House kitchen red flagged for operating without a license

HIGHLANDERS Club House kitchen is among a host of other facilities in Bulawayo that last month were nabbed by the local authority for operating without a license.

The Bulawayo City Council (BCC) also penalised the facility for not having its food handlers medically examined.

According to the latest council report, a total of 1157 premises in the city were inspected during the month, with several intimations issued.

Other facilities that were issued intimations include Blue Lagoon Butchery (Thorngrove), Sunset Bottle Store (Entumbane), Endaweni lodge (Matsheumhlophe), Retreat lodge (Matsheumhlophe), Skies meals (CBD), Prime Choice Butchery, Renkini Fresh Foods and Mzilikazi gardens.
