Homemade chicken nuggets rule the plate

CHICKEN nuggets are a popular food item consisting of small, bite-sized pieces of chicken meat typically white breast meat that are breaded or battered and then deep-fried or baked until crispy.

Ingredients
• Oil
• 2 cups flour
• 3 Tbsp garlic salt
• 1 Tbsp black pepper
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 4 chicken breasts, cut into chunks
Instructions
1. Mix flour, garlic salt, and pepper in a bowl.
2. Dip chicken pieces into the eggs, then coat in the seasoned flour.
3. To fry: Heat 1 inch of oil, cook nuggets in batches until golden and cooked through.
4. Air-fryer option: Spray nuggets lightly with oil and air-fry at 200°C for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway.
