Honda Fit driver caught with dagga

A 24-YEAR-OLD Honda Fit driver from Harare has been caught in possession of 10kg Dagga at a roadblock. Norman Clever Chitandwa (24) was arrested on 8 July.

The National Prosecuting Authority of Zimbabwe in a statement on X, said “On the 8th of July 2024 at the 40.5km peg along the Harare-Mkumbura road the accused person who was driving a Honda Fit was allegedly found in possession of 10 large packs of dagga at a roadblock. He was subsequently arrested. The recovered dagga weighed 10,646kg. The accused person was remanded in custody and will appear in court on the 26th of July 2024.
