Horse racing date set

Sports Reporter
AT least 105 horses have been nominated by their respective stables to take part in the seven (7) events to be held at Borrowdale Park Racecourse.
The events will take place on March 9.
The Breeders Champions Cup (listed) race is expected to be the main attraction of the day.
For this event twelve runners have been nominated to fight for the available slots.

A substantial amount of $9,000 is up for grabs for this 2,000m long stayers race.
Only the horse with the endurance and stamina to last the distance stands a chance to write its name in the history books.

Final acceptance for the events of the day will be done March 3 at the Race Course.
For now it remains to be seen which horses will find their way to the starting stalls come race day. Below is a list of runners and the races they intend to compete in as submitted by their respective stables.
