Thank you so much young man for your message. Your issue is very simple, you are becoming a man! Kikiki. The breakout on your face is called teenage acne. It happens to most people if not all, at different ages. Most people breakout around mid teens to late teens; others breakout in their twenties; I broke out in my thirties kikiki, others breakout when they are close to menopause. So my friend this is a part of normal life, I am sure you have seen many people with the same thing you have.
The important thing is to make sure that while you are going through this crazy stage, you look after your skin. Yes, one of the ways to help your face through the transition is to change your face cream. Unfortunately the cream you changed to is just as bad as the one you were using before. Once a face breaks out into pimples, usually what aggravates it, is dirt or too much oil. If you are a teenager or in your late teens, it is mostly too much oil. So you need to change to a cream that is not oily.
Try finding a cream that says for oily skin or something that says “gives a matte finish”. Pounds products are good for this, so is Garnier products. Aqueous cream is well priced and safe for every skin type. Stay away from Camphor, Vaseline and all those thick based lotions or creams, they are not for you at this time. Maybe when your skin calms down, you may be able to go back to them, but for now, they will make your skin worse.
I would also advice you to see a skin specialist or a pharmacist who can give you something to help deal with the breakouts on your face. What you need to do now is to make sure you prevent new ones from coming out. You may have to change you eating habits too. If you are drinking fizzy drinks and eating junk food, it would be a good idea to stop for some time because these will feed your pimples.
Also the changes in your body (which is the cause of the acne), will make your emotions change periodically, so try and control all those crazy emotions such as anger, stress, suicidal thoughts etc. You need to realise that you are at a special time in your life, where you are at the door of your future as an adult. These changes are a necessary evil, but we all go through it (some easier than others). Stop stressing about things. I know you are probably stressing about your looks and what other people say.
So for now like I said, it is best you seek medical assistance so that you minimise the damage. If you cannot afford to do this, try applying some of my home remedies, especially lemon juice, it is great for drying up pimples. Also drink lots and lots of water, it will help remove the junk from your body, which will help you skin, hair and nails improve. I know this all sounds so girlie, but trust me this is something both men and women go through.
These pimples may leave some marks on your skin especially if you are poking and picking at them. Now research tells us marks take anything up to 3 months to completely go away depending on how deep the scar is. So my dear, stop picking at your pimples, I know it is tempting, but it will work against you in the future.
I know my advice has not given you a microwave solution, but when it comes to acne, there is no microwave solution, at least not in this country. So smile and realise this is normal.
Well, that is it from me this week folks, have a blessed week.
