THE Hydrocephalus Foundation on Friday hosted a Christmas Party for Mpilo Children’s Hospital with children, parents, and staff members enjoying sumptuous meals.

The Foundation oversees a ward for children suffering from Hydrocephalus- a condition which results in the heads of children enlarging.

The Hydrocephalus Foundation founder, Pastor Lyn Ndlovu, told the Chronicle that the goal of the party was to ensure that the children have the time of their lives.

“We wanted our Neuro kids to have serious fun but we thought how can the other kids be dancing and eating while others are watching, so we did the whole hospital, and even parents and those who were coming to visit got something, “said Pastor Ndlovu.

Pastor Ndlovu through her foundation sources assistance like shunts and other required medication to assist children with the condition.

She renovated a ward to cater for the children.
