I WOULD like to state on record that I am the person mentioned in the article, I am not engaged to Dumisani (Mankunzini), I’ve never been his fiancée, and we’ve since separated.
When the article mentioned above came out, stating explicitly that I’m his fiancèe, I was astounded, I again voiced my disagreement and I asked him to get it corrected.
He told me that he’d spoken with a member from your publication (I cannot recall the name he’d given me) and this person promised a follow up article, which would be amended and released containing the correct information. This never came to pass.
Following our break up, I asked him again to make contact with your publication (I’ve attached WhatsApp conversation as proof) to correct/ revoke that article, he made dozens of empty promises to have it sorted out, nothing has been done to date.
My request is for this to be amended, I do not wish for it to be linked to me at all for the rest of my life.
