Iran’s gesture of strong Zim ties . . .

Iran President Dr Ebrahim Raisi receives credentials of French Ambassador to Tehran with one hand but receives those of Zimbabwe’s Ambassador to Tehran, Bright Kupemba, with both hands in what has been described by analysts as a great gesture of enduring friendship between the two countries as opposed to Western duplicity and dishonesty. Zimbabwe and Iran enjoy cordial relations which are expected to grow further as the Second Republic continues with its re-engagement drive.
