WHILE August brought disappointment over the album launch, it also marked an important personal journey for Ammara Brown.
The music diva revealed that she married her husband, Daniel Sulen, on August 15 in Zanzibar in a private ceremony attended by close family and friends.
The couple shared news of their wedding on social media, describing the occasion as a celebration of love and family.
“On August 15, 2026, we became one, in front of our closest family and friends, in Zanzibar,” she said.
Ammara and Daniel have a daughter together, Azina Adele Brown-Sulen, who was born late last year.
The wedding comes as Ammara continues to prepare for the release of “Flaming Lily,” her second album and first full length project in seven years.
The singer remains hopeful about the album and says she is trusting the process as she prepares to share the project with her fans.
Ammara postponed the launch of her album but says the project will still be released before the end of the year.
She shared the news over the weekend, saying the planned album launch had been affected by financial challenges.
The singer said the postponement was not a failure but part of the process.
“I’m looking at it not as a fail but trusting God and trusting the process. The album ‘Flaming Lily’ is still coming out this year, within the next few months for sure,” she said.
Over the weekend the diva also celebrated her birthday.
