Jah Prayzah to headline Braai Out fest

CONTEMPORAY singer Jah Prayzah is set to headline the Braai OutZw when it returns on November 2 at Kingfisher Park in Harare.

Now in its third edition, the outdoor event is also set attract a number of performing artistes, who will take turns on the stage on the day.

Organiser of the event, Nigel Chinovhiringa, promised a bigger event after having successfully hosted another event last month.

“We will be having Jah Prayzah at the third edition of the Braai OutZw. We are planning to have a bigger event than the previous one hence the decision to enlist a bigger artiste.

“Preparations are going according to plan and we will be announcing the full line-up of performers in due course,” he said.

Chinovhiringa said they will beef up the line-up with surprise acts, with the event starting early in the afternoon.

“There will be plenty of meat, beer and other things on sale and everything will be sold at “pump price” (affordable price) on the day,” he said.

Dancehall musicians King Shaddy, upcoming hip-hop musician Hillzy, energetic songstress, Ammara Brown, T-Gonzi, Vimbai Zimuto took to the stage at the last event.Comedian Boss Kheda, Kwekwe-based DJ Stavo, DJ Ash Stylez and Nivek, MC Cody, DJ Back to Back and DJ Dollarbill also took turns to entertain revellers at the Kingfisher Park. “The Braai Out Fest was a success and we managed to create the environment that we wanted which was conducive to bring the families together. There were a lot of kids and families enjoyed themselves.

“We feel like we managed to capture what we were looking for, as people really enjoyed,” said Chinovhiringa about the last edition of the Braai OutZw Fest.
