January sale for Balotelli

LONDON. — Mario Balotelli is facing a battle to save his Liverpool career and could be off-loaded as early as January unless he begins repaying the club’s £16million gamble on him.
Liverpool would be prepared to cut their losses on the Italian striker rather than risk the club’s season being compromised by a player still to buy into their team-first ethos.

Balotelli has made just 10 appearances, scoring once, since his move from AC Milan and had to be reminded about the “culture at Liverpool” after swapping shirts at half-time of Wednesday’s chastening 3-0 Champions League reverse to Real Madrid — Daily Express
