Jay-Z is trying to kick us out: Residents

Both current and former tenants of the 603 North American Street condominium complex, which is partly owned by Jay-Z, say that Hov’s legal team has been pestering them into trying to get them to give up and vacate the premises, FoxNews.com reported.

Two years ago, the 24-unit condo complex was purchased by SCC North American Realty, LLC, which is partially owned by Shawn Carter, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer. It seems like Jay’s team is trying to get the tenants to move so he can raise rents on the units. “The whole thing has been so unsettling,” former tenant Liza Tedeschi told FoxNews.com. “I’ve been in tears over this.”

Jay-Z’s attorney didn’t return multiple calls and emails in response to FoxNews.com’s report. – Jakinder Singh.
