Jennifer Lopez snubs Ben Affleck

JENNIFER LOPEZ failed to wish her husband Ben Affleck a happy 52nd birthday on social media on Thursday.

Instead, the diva from the Bronx — who visited Ben’s rental recently — shared a series of photos where she looked incredible in a sheer Dior gown.

The three images were taken last month on her very own 55th birthday in the Hamptons.

The Atlas actress was in a sexy dress that showed off her toned legs as she stood in front of a car. Her hair was in a flirty ponytail as she wore diamond earrings and held on to a beaded purse.

The portraits can be seen on her Instagram page, which has 251 million followers.

Lopez has never looked better and fans thought the images were posted to show Affleck, who has been seen in Los Angeles for weeks, what he is missing.

“You look perfect,” wrote debrajlo1.

Lopez also took to her JLo Beauty Instagram page to post a new video.

The former “Fly Girl” was in a colourful robe as she sat on a chair in a hotel room with no wedding rings on.

Affleck has not been seen on his birthday.

Kevin Spacey ‘refuses to leave’ his US$5,6m mansion

Kevin Spacey (65) is reportedly refusing to vacate his US$5,6 million Baltimore home weeks after it was sold at a discounted price at a foreclosure auction, according to the new owner.

The actor previously stated that he was forced to sell the waterfront mansion to cover millions of dollars in legal fees incurred during his 2023 sexual assault trial.

In late July, the 9 000-square-foot estate was purchased at auction for US$3,24 million by Maryland real estate investor Sam Asgari, who remained anonymous at the time.

Asgari now claims Spacey is refusing to leave the property and has requested to stay rent-free for another six months. He has reportedly been negotiating with Spacey’s attorneys to resolve the matter.

However, Spacey’s lawyer, Edward U. Lee III, has denied Asgari’s allegations.

The Baltimore Banner noted that foreclosure auctions typically require court approval before the winning bidder can take possession of a property, a process that usually takes several weeks. — Wires

Truth behind Elvis Presley’s death

As fans around the globe mark the anniversary of Elvis Presley’s death, one expert is working to debunk the gruesome myths surrounding his demise. The King of Rock ‘n’ Roll died on August 16, 1977, sending shockwaves through the music industry. The “Suspicious Minds” singer was just 42 when he passed away at his Memphis home, Graceland.

Now, an author who has studied the icon’s life is on a mission to dispel numerous myths about his death. Sally A. Hoedel, author of “Destined to Die Young”, conducted extensive research to uncover the truth about Elvis’s demise and is now trying to halt sensationalised stories.

Hoedel quickly dispelled the rumour that his autopsy results will be released in three years. She clarified that these results are already public knowledge, and there is no dramatic revelation to come.

She explained: “The myth of the autopsy report being released in 2027 continues to plague him. First, it suggests some smoking gun, which is not the case. Second, it is a private family document and will not be required for release on the 50th anniversary of his death. I believe this rumour started from pure confusion.

“According to Tennessee State Law, the death certificate will be made public in 2027, not the autopsy report. The autopsy report and its contents are already public; there is no big mystery waiting to be revealed.”

Hoedel also challenged the idea of a gruesome and dramatic demise, explaining that while Elvis’ drug abuse and unhealthy lifestyle were undoubtedly factors, his death was more likely linked to a genetic issue.

She continued: “The simplistic idea that it was a drug overdose and that he ate himself to death is far from the truth. There is absolutely no evidence of a drug overdose death. It was a very quick heart-related issue.” — Wires
