Joel Ngodzo joins young Warriors

Ngodzo failed to commit to the first leg played in Zambia where the Young Warriors romped to a 3-2 victory due to personal reasons.

Also expected to bolster the Young Warriors team as they gun for maximum points at Rufaro Stadium on Sunday are Pretoria University’s Matthew Rusike, who jetted into the country on Monday, and Passmore Bernard, Motor Action’s right back.
“We started our preparations for the second leg tie against Zambia on Monday and we are happy that Ngodzo has managed to join us ahead of this encounter”.

“Also beefing up our team will be Jomo Cosmos bound player Matthew Rusike, who turns out for Pretoria University, and Passmore Bernard whom Motor Action have since released to us,” said Young Warriors manager Wellington Mpandare.
Mpandare said Ngodzo had to impress the technical bench to earn a place in the final team to engage Zambia.-Chronicle
