The boss, 63, has implemented this as a blanket rule for the entire squad, with solo gym workouts lined up for those who break it.
Mourinho has also put measures in place to stay on top of injuries.
From now on, under the Portuguese’s watchful eye, every recovery session will take place at Real’s Valdebebas training base.
The idea is to deal with all medical issues in-house so that club staff are across every detail.
Mourinho was a surprise appointment by Florentino Perez, with the veteran manager’s career appearing to tail off during stints in Turkey and Portugal.
