The Bachelor SA season 2’s Marc Buckner and his girlfriend Marisia van Wyk spent a romantic holiday at the majestic Victoria Falls, in Zimbabwe last week.
The two shared snaps of their stay at the Victoria Falls on their Instagram fan pages.
Marisa posted a picture of her and elephants captioned: “Oh Zimbabwe. You (and all your Ellies) have my heart!”
Marc posted one of him carrying his beau with the Victoria Falls as their background captioned: “We travel not to escape life. But for life not to escape us.”
During their trip to the Victoria Falls, Marc and Marisa experienced a sundowner cruise along the Zambezi River, a guided tour of the Falls and an exhilarating “Flight of Angels” helicopter flip over the Falls.
The Bachelor SA is a series that revolves around a single bachelor who begins with a pool of romantic interests from whom he is expected to select a wife. During the course of the season, the bachelor eliminates candidates each week eventually culminating in a marriage proposal to his final selection.
The participants travel to romantic and exotic locations for their dates, and the conflicts in the series, both internal and external, stem from the elimination-style format of the show.
