A MALE juvenile was this week found dead, naked near Mukuvisi River in Harare, with missing flesh on his foot from the thigh to the foot .
Police have since launched investigations into the case.
In a statement, National police spokesperson Commissioner Paul Nyathi confirmed the incident.
“The ZRP is appealing for information which may assist in identifying a male juvenile (approximately 12 to 13 years) who was found in a field behind Zororo bar near Mukuvisi River, Harare,” he said
“The victim was found naked with an injured leg, which had no flesh from the thigh to the foot. A black and white t- shirt was found at the scene.
“The body was conveyed to Sally Mugabe Hospital mortuary for post-mortem. Anyone with information that might assist with investigations should contact the nearest police station.”
