OUT of contract ex-Highlanders FC utility player Bruce Kangwa has urged the Bosso family to remain united.

He challenged them to rally behind the team through thick and thin until they win the league championship.

Bosso last won the league championship in 2006 under the tutelage of their former midfielder Methembe Ndlovu.

With 12 rounds having been played in the local elite football league, Bosso, who are yet to taste defeat, are second on the table and it’s promising that they can reclaim the league title.

“All I can say is that I wish Highlanders well. To the team’s supporters I say let’s keep on supporting the boys in good and bad times. It’s promising and the fans are the most important people who can help Bosso break the league trophy drought. Bosso want them more and I’m happy to say the players have so far done a good job.

Let’s keep supporting them because together we can do it,” said Kangwa.
The Tshabalala-bred footie star, parted ways with Tanzania’s topflight league side Azam FC after seven years of stellar performance.

Azam, who gave Kangwa the Captain’s arm band four years ago, are home to former Highlanders striker Prince Dube.

Asked if he might come back to Bosso Kangwa said : “We are in an off season period. I’m resting for now but I will remain guided by my handlers.”

His manager George Deda is on record saying the player might make a move to other Tanzanian clubs.
In Tanzania, the pacy Kangwa won everything on offer except for the league title.

He also played for Azam in the Caf Champions League and the Confederations Cup. — @FungaiMuderere.
