THE much anticipated King of The Ring Ghetto Explosive boxing tournament slated for tomorrow at Mbare Netball Complex has been rescheduled to December 15.
According to the organisers, Deltaforce Boxing Academy, the tournament will now be held at Stodart Hall in Mbare with the same pugilist taking part. In a statement, the tournament organisers they could no longer hold the event after consultations with all the stakeholders.
“We would like as Deltaforce Boxing Academy to announce the postponement of King of The Ring boxing tournament from the scheduled November 25 to December 15 due to several reasons. After we got a boxing ring from our sponsor it could not be in the country in time for the tournament and we realised that we don’t have a standard professional ring for fights of this magnitude.
“We now expect that the ring will be in the country before December 15 so we have decided to postpone until that day.
