Lady Chevrons face Namibia

THE Lady Chevrons will take on Namibia in the first semi-final of the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Africa Qualifier 2023 tomorrow needing victory to secure a ticket to the global qualifiers next year.

Uganda and Tanzania meet in the second semi-final.

The Lady Chevrons had a 100 percent record in their group that included Tanzania, Kenya and Botswana while Namibia won two and lost one of their matches in Group 2 which had Uganda, Nigeria and Rwanda.

While the Lady Chevrons secured their semi-final rank on Wednesday, their opponents were only determined yesterday as the second group concluded.
