A pregnant nurse and a pregnant patient died on the spot when a Chiredzi General Hospital ambulance they were travelling in was involved in accident on Wednesday.
The accident occurred in Chiredzi and the driver is in a critical condition.
The cause of the accident is yet to be ascertained.
