LATEST: Telecel granted provisional order

Telecel Zimbabwe has been granted a provisional order to continue operating pending the finalisation of their dispute.

High Court Judge Nicholas Mathonsi granted the urgent application by Telecommunications Company, sitting in his chambers.

Telecel Zimbabwe had approached the court seeking an interim order reinstating its permit and it also wanted to interdict Post and Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (POTRAZ) from interfering with its operations.
