ZIMBABWE and Indonesia this morning signed a Memorandum of Understanding to establish a Joint Commission to enhance bilateral co-operation between Harare and Jakarta.The MoU was signed by Foreign Affairs Minister Simbarashe Mumbengegwi and his Indonesia counterpart Retno Marsudi
