Little Mr and Miss Africa Zimbabwe 2025 crowned

THE third edition of the Little Mr and Miss Africa Zimbabwe edition was successfully held in the capital, Harare, over the weekend.

Forty-two contestants aged between 3 and 16 years took part in the competition and they were from Harare, Bulawayo, Chipinge, Gwanda, Kwekwe and Masvingo.

The pageant is divided into eight categories. Little Mister and Miss Africa’s delegates are defined into four age categories namely Toto Mister and Toto Miss (four to six years old), Mini Mister and Mini Miss (seven to nine years old), Little Mister and Little Miss (10 to 13 years old) and Teen Mister and Teen Miss (13 -16 years old).

Little Top Models and Miss Africa’s delegates are defined into four age categories (Toto Mister and Toto Miss (four to six years old), Mini Mister and Mini Miss (seven to nine years old), Little Mister and Little Miss (10 and 13 years old), Teen Mister and Teen Miss (13 and 16 years old).

Founded five years ago by Disan Walulya, the pageant promotes African talent and celebrates cultural diversity through modelling.

The pageant’s national director Shalom Ramunyenyiwa said there are pleased with how the event has spread throughout the country.

“Since it’s formation, the pageant is growing year by as participants are. Le coming from as far as small towns. This has made the event to be competitive for those coming from the cities and small towns.

“Part of the winners will be traveling to the next host country which is yet to be announced for the continent finals. Then we have those travelling to Malaysia for Kids Teen Global namely Mini Miss Global Zimbabwe (Kaleisha Chiyaka), Little Global Zimbabwe (Yamikani Marasha), Pre Teen Global Zimbabwe (Zvikomborero Melody Mkwanda), Mini Mr Global Zimbabwe (Anotida Pamuchigere) and Little Mr Global Zimbabwe (Delroy Bongile Siketa),” said Ramunyenyiwa.
