ZIMBABWEAN sports administrator Lucky Mlilo has been re-elected President of the Squash Federation of Africa (SFA) following a virtual Annual General Meeting held on Friday.
Mlilo was returned unopposed and will serve a new term from 2025 to 2029.
The 60-year-old Bulawayo-based businessman continues to make history as the first Black African to hold the role since the federation’s founding in 1992. His position also secures him a seat on the board of the World Squash Federation (WSF).
Delegates from several African nations, including Nigeria, Egypt, Angola, Botswana, and Cameroon, participated in the AGM.
The newly elected SFA Executive Board includes:
President – Lucky Mlilo (Zimbabwe)
VP North – Amna El Tarabolsy (Egypt)
VP South – Tiego K. Rabasha (Botswana)
VP West and Central Africa – Adamu Ahmed Erena (Nigeria)
VP East – Gakuo Ndirangu (Kenya)
Secretary General – Charmaine Koveya (Botswana)
Treasurer – Ahmed Hawas (Egypt)
