THE stage is set, the stakes are sky-high, and Jordan FC are calling on their 12th man to turn Luveve Stadium into a wall of noise when they lock horns with Premier League side Hardrock FC in a mouth-watering Munhumutapa Challenge Cup Round of 16 clash on Sunday.
Jordan’s message ahead of the showdown could not be clearer: bring the noise, bring the passion, and bring the belief.
In a rallying statement, Jordan urged supporters to be “louder and prouder” for what the club describes as a historic cup clash, calling on fans to pack Luveve and transform it into a fortress.
“We need you louder and prouder than ever for this historic cup clash against HardRock FC on 30/ 08 /26 at 3pm (Sunday). Let’s pack Luveve Stadium and turn it into a fortress! History is calling, and we need our 12th man in full voice,” said Jordan FC in a statement.
And make no mistake, this will be no ordinary Sunday afternoon.
Jordan have already shown that they are built for the drama of knockout football, battling Gwanda Pirates to a goalless draw before keeping their cool to win 3-1 on penalties and book their place in the last 16.
Hardrock, meanwhile, arrive with their own cup credentials, edging Kwekwe United 1-0 to march into the Round of 16.
Now the two survivors meet, and only one can advance.
For Jordan, this is an opportunity to turn a promising cup run into a landmark chapter in the club’s history. The challenge is formidable, with Hardrock bringing the experience and physicality of top-flight football. But Jordan have one major weapon on their side, Luveve.
If Jordan get to meet their wish, the stands will be packed and the noise relentless.

The full Munhumutapa Challenge Cup Round of 16 programme promises a weekend of knockout drama, with all matches kicking off at 3pm.
Eight matches, eight quarter-final tickets and plenty of room for cup shocks.
But in Bulawayo, all eyes will be on Luveve, where Jordan will attempt to topple Premier League opposition and keep their Munhumutapa dream alive.
The club has made the appeal. Now the question is whether the supporters will answer it.
