THE Zimbabwe National Water Authority (Zinwa) worker who last week ejaculated on the back of a woman while they were in a queue in a supermarket waiting to buy food has been fined $300 or six months in jail.In addition, Bulawayo magistrate Ms Marilyn Mutshina sentenced Meluleki Moyo (25) to six months in prison, which was wholly suspended for five years.

Moyo of House Number 20 Gizzland Road, Morningside, had pleaded not guilty to the offence. In his defence he said there was another man who was standing next to the complainant while they were in the queue.

Moyo said the security guards examined him later and found that his clothes were not messed up with the semen. Moyo is stationed at Mhlahlandlela Government Complex.

The complainant in the case was a 43-year-old woman from Emganwini suburb, who works in the city centre. She told the court that when she noticed that some fluid was flowing down her leg, her sister alerted her that Moyo’s manhood was protruding from his trousers.
Mr Dumisani Moyo for the State, told the court that on Tuesday last week at about 1.35pm, Moyo was standing behind the complainant in a queue at TM Jason Moyo Street buying food.

Moyo unzipped his trousers and removed his manhood. He ejaculated on the back of the woman who felt some fluid flowing down her skirt and leg to her ankle.

When the woman checked she discovered that her back had been messed up while some of the semen had dropped to the floor.
Moyo’s clothes were also messed with the semen. He was apprehended by security guards in the supermarket and handed over to the police.
