adminHardlife Makuyana. Sithole told the court that she was shocked when her husband invited her to his wedding with another woman, emotionally abusing her in the process.
“The wedding was stopped after the marriage officer realised that he is legally married to me and we have four children.
“He was going around pretending he is single yet he is failing to send his four children to school,” she said. Sithole added that Makuyana was harassing and chasing the family out of the matrimonial home to pave way for the mistress. “He comes home in the company of this woman and showing her off. It pains me so much,” she said.
In his counter response Makuyana told the court that Sithole was his ex-wife and denied ever attempting to wed. Makuyana told the court that he was now living in fear of his ex-wife after she damaged his car with a log. Magistrate Milton Serima ordered Makuyana to observe Sithole’s peace.
“Don’t chase her away from the matrimonial home unlawfully,” he said.
