He appeared before magistrate Sheunesu Matova facing fresh stock theft charges and pleaded guilty.

I was under pressure to get shoes because last year I failed to go as I had no shoes and a jacket and as such I thought my lover would dump me,a�? he said.
He was remanded in custody to 27 February for sentencing. .
