A 38-YEAR-OLD Epworth man is in court on allegations of sodomising his drunken friend.
It is the State’s case that the complainant (33) passed out after taking one too many beers and his friend carried him to his room where he sucked his manhood several times while he was unconscious.
The man, who is facing indecent assault charges, appeared before Harare magistrate Mr Adonia Masawi and pleaded not guilty to the charges. He is expected back in court on January 21.
Prosecutor Mr Liberty Gono alleges that on December 8 last year, the complainant was at his friend’s house drinking beer.
Around 6.30pm the complainant, who was drunk, fell asleep only to wake up in a house.
It is alleged that as the complainant became fully aware, he realised that his friend was kneeling near his legs.
As he become sober, the complainant was shocked to realised that his friend was actually sucking his manhood.
It is alleged that complainant tried to run away but his friend held him down.
He started screaming to alert neighbours but his friend started to assault him, the court heard.
As people gathered around to rescue the complainant, his friend ran away.
He reported to the police leading to the arrest of the friend.
