Master KG, the Grammy award-winning producer behind the hit song “Jerusalema”, is gearing up to make waves in the Matabeleland South province, Zimbabwe, with performances scheduled in two towns.
His journey begins in Beitbridge on April 19, followed by a road trip to Gwanda on April 20. After captivating audiences in these locations, he will head to Bulawayo for a flight back to South Africa.
In Beitbridge, the excitement will unfold at Skeem Beit, where Master KG will grace the stage alongside warm-up acts DJ Wizzy, DJ Venovic, and DJ Nitro.
In Gwanda, the ambiance at Phoenix Shisanyama will be electrifying as Master KG takes centre stage alongside other talented artistes including Kay_Kid UMfanomsotho, Bry Eeze, Zagoe Radge, MC Gibbonz, DJ Virus, and DJ Wyqlif.
Expressing delight, Dee Nosh, one of the organisers, shared, “This is a dream come true for us to host such an internationally acclaimed artiste in the Matabeleland region. It’s bound to be an explosive event with non-stop partying in Beitbridge and Gwanda. Securing Master KG has been a long-time endeavour, and we’re thrilled to finally make it happen. He arrives on Friday for the Beitbridge gig.”
