ReNaissance Financial Holdings Limited is a local investment holding company with core assets in insurance (held through Africa First ReNaissance Corporation Limited, a ZSE listed entity) and investment banking.
The investment banking assets are operated through ReNaissance Merchant Bank Limited, ReNaissance Securities (Private) Limited and ReNaissance Capital Limited (Uganda).
