IN yesterday’s edition of The Herald, in an article under the headline, “Retired judge Mtshiya dies”, we erroneously published a picture of the late High Court judge, Justice Owen Tagu, instead of Justice November Mtshiya.
The error is sincerely regretted and we sincerely apologise to the families of Rtd Justice Mtshiya and the late Justice Tagu for any inconvenience caused by the mix up – Editor.
